What Do I Do?

The headline is Change Management at the individual and group level that supports growth and increased capacity. At the core all my work is about helping people grow their capabilities. And that involves them changing.

I work in several content areas or disciplines:

Working with individuals and teams to develop their leadership skills.

Working with groups to improve their operational performance primarily focusing on communication skills and processes

Change Management

Programs for individuals and groups that have tried to make changes and have not gotten the results they expected and want sustainable change

Individual Skill Development

Communication Skills, Developmental Coaching (giving and receiving feedback) and Problem Solving
